The Director of four successful Melbourne venues is seeking to appoint an exceptional venue manager for our Point Cook location.

About the Role

As Venue Manager, you’ll play a central role in leading the day-to-day operations of our Point Cook venue. From inspiring your team to delivering exceptional customer experiences, you’ll bring energy, initiative, and a hands-on approach to every aspect of the business.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Maintaining and elevating customer service standards while upholding company systems and procedures
  • Coordinating and managing all front-of-house operations
  • Recruiting, coaching, and mentoring staff, including performance reviews and fostering a strong team culture
  • Creating efficient rosters in line with the Restaurant Industry Award
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, RSA, and workplace regulations
  • Controlling operational costs and promoting efficient practices
  • Implementing and supporting local area marketing initiatives
  • Demonstrating a strong ability to meet and exceed business KPIs
