We are seeking a permanent full-time Domestic Support with experience in completing tasks to the level of luxury accommodation properties. The position works within the Domestic Support team in a private residence, ensuring the maintenance, cleaning, and presentation of the residence always meet expectations. In addition to the maintenance of the property, the role encompasses hospitality and service for guests. This will involve setting up for meals, hosting lunches and dinners, assisting with events, and tending to guest needs.

A high level of discretion, attention to detail, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential for this position.

What You'll Do

1. Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, laundry, dusting, and polishing.
2. Prepare and serve light meals and refreshments.
3. Assist with hosting guests and events as required.
4. Ensure all areas of the residence are cared for, maintained, and inspected with high attention to detail.
5. Report any damages or areas needing special attention.
6. Monitor household supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
7. Have an awareness of correct use of cleaning products.
8. Adhere to health and safety practices relevant to private residence.
9. Care for domestic animals.
10. Communicate with residents and guests, always representing the family professionally.
11. Complete additional tasks as requested by the family from time to time.

About You

• Completion of High School education
• Hospitality experience (desired but not essential)
• Previous experience in housekeeping (desired but not essential)
• Comfortability with guest service duties.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a close-knit team.
• Enjoy working with domestic animals and comfortable with tasks such as dog walking.
• Motivated, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve success.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required.
