We are a brand-new, locally owned property and building inspection company based in Darwin. We're here to lift the standard on pre-purchase and property reports in the Territory, and we’re looking for our first inspector to help launch the business.

This isn’t just another job – it’s your chance to grow with a new venture. You’ll work closely with our leadership team, shape our operations, and represent a brand that values quality, professionalism, and local expertise.

The Role:
  • Conduct pre-purchase building inspections and property condition reports
  • Deliver reports that are clear, detailed, and professional
  • Utilize modern inspection tools and digital reporting systems
  • Be the face of our business – liaise with real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and homeowners
  • Work autonomously with support from our local admin/ops team
What We’re Looking For:
  • Current NT Builder’s Licence (or similar qualification to complete inspections)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using inspection/reporting software and mobile technology
  • Eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Willing to undergo police check, driving history check, and bankruptcy check
  • Full driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (or willingness to discuss a company vehicle)
Why Join Us?
  • Be the first hire in a company with growth ambitions
  • Play a key role in building something new and respected in the NT
  • Competitive salary package + bonuses + flexibility
  • Work with down-to-earth, supportive colleagues who back their team
  • Room to grow – potential to build and lead your own team

This is your chance to get in early, help shape a Territory-grown brand, and set the benchmark for quality inspections.
