Job description

Alfred Health is a leader in health care delivery, improvement, research, and education. We are the main provider of health services to people living in the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne, offering ambulatory, inpatient, and home and community-based services.

The Department

The Revenue Optimisation Data Analyst is a key operational role responsible for assisting the Senior Manager Revenue and Projects. The role helps deliver major organisational projects efficiently using best practice project management methodologies. It supports both the Finance Department and wider Alfred Health departments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Project Manager with all project-related work, including implementation and establishment of new services.
  2. Provide business acumen and expertise in project work implementation, reporting, financial support, and administration.
  3. Work with project teams to drive outcomes for design workshops aligned with business requirements, delivering optimal solutions.
  4. Meet project deadlines, track deliverables, and support multiple projects in a high-volume environment.
  5. Oversee reporting and develop project documentation, producing relevant artefacts.
  6. Identify potential issues, escalate variances from project outcomes, costs, or timelines, and find solutions.
