Primary Purpose of the Role

The Catering Assistant ensures a high standard of customer service during residents’ mealtimes.

Key Responsibilities

• Recognise individual backgrounds and needs, providing empathetic care to all customers.
• Collaborate with the catering and care services teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Communicate effectively with residents to address complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide timely and quality food service to residents.
• Deliver high-level customer service through meal delivery, beverage preparation, setup, and clearing of dining areas.
• Adhere to food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as required within the role.
