About The Role

Department Managers are responsible for end-to-end leadership of their department, fostering a connected, flexible, and high-performing team committed to serving our customers and communities.

As a caring leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day functions of the department while working closely with the store leadership team and team members to ensure a great shopping experience for customers and a great place to work for our team.

What You'll Do

As a Bakery Manager at Woolworths Supermarkets, your expertise in inventory management, planning, and routines will help lead your team to maintain good production, quality, and deliver great availability to our customers.
