About the role

Ray White Campbelltown (Hectorville office) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager / Inspection Officer to join our experienced team which has been operating for over 30 years. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our landlords and tenants, while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our property management services.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including liaising with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
2. Conduct regular property inspections and maintain detailed records
3. Oversee the leasing process, including advertising, tenant selection, and contract preparation
4. Ensure timely rent collection and follow up on any arrears or breaches
5. Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties are well-maintained
6. Provide guidance and support to landlords on property management best practices
7. Conduct precise routine inspections and reports

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience in residential property management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Proficient in using property management software and technologies such as PropertyTree and Inspection Manager
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices
• A valid driver's licence
