Role Description:

Join our Local Technology Services team and be the backbone of seamless business operations! Help customers resolve technical issues using cutting-edge tools, contributing to global and local projects. Gain exposure to industry-leading software and technologies while supporting diverse customer groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Support high-performance delivery as a Workstation Support technician
  • Provide excellent customer service to a diverse range of clients
  • Develop technical skills with industry-standard software such as Microsoft Windows 11, MacOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Support collaborative systems including Cisco Video Conferencing, Microsoft Surface Hubs, and other AV systems
  • Enhance communication skills by working closely with senior leadership and key customer groups
  • Collaborate with a small team of technicians
  • Develop training skills through personalized consultations and classroom sessions, both face-to-face and virtual
  • Contribute to the knowledge base of Local Technology Services
  • Bring energy and drive to challenge the status quo
