Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

1. Ph.D. degree or equivalent professional experience; with First Class at Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering and Technology.
2. Minimum ten years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, including at least five years at the senior level of Assistant Professor and three years as an Associate Professor.
3. At least five years of post-Ph.D. experience within the ten-year total experience.
4. Proven research excellence with peer-reviewed papers, books, technical reports, and patents.
5. Experience supervising students' projects, dissertations, research, or industry R&D projects, including Ph.D. supervision.
6. Demonstrated leadership in academic, research, and industrial activities.
7. Ability to lead sponsored R&D, consultancy, and related activities.
