Job Title: Administration Clerk

Office-based

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Employment Type:

6-Month Contract (Potential to extend)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a reliable and proactive Administration Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to re-enter the workforce, such as a parent returning to work, who values flexibility and a supportive environment.

You will support our programs by liaising with Matu beneficiaries, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Success in this role requires organization, patience, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with all Matu program beneficiaries via phone and email
  2. Collect and manage program submissions
  3. Follow up with customers for outstanding information and supporting documentation
  4. Ensure timely and accurate submission of all program-related documents
  5. Maintain clear and up-to-date records of interactions and submissions
  6. Provide general administrative support to the team
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
