About the role
We have a permanent opportunity for an experienced engineering manager to lead our engineering services at Water Corporation. This role is responsible for delivering effective engineering services supporting a significant asset investment program and statewide operations. Based in Leederville, reporting to the General Manager - Assets Planning & Delivery.
You will lead engineering on transformational programs for critical infrastructure and work on iconic projects in WA. Building on over 100 years of engineering solutions for WA, this role involves integrating digital innovation to prepare the business for the future, playing a strategic role throughout the asset lifecycle, and solving complex societal challenges.
What the role involves
Key skills and experience
Degree qualified in engineering or related field, preferably chartered, with extensive experience leading engineering services and systems, including change initiatives. Proven leadership in delivering results, developing talent, fostering a positive culture, and managing stakeholder relationships. Expertise in water treatment processes, project and operational support, and risk-based solutions is essential.
