Salary range $124,500 to $146,000 plus superannuation

The role

We’re seeking a Senior Water Treatment Lead to provide strong leadership and cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within our Water Treatment team. In this role, you will drive a commitment to safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance while ensuring operational efficiency and budget oversight. Your expertise will be key in aligning all activities with operational goals, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

What you’ll bring

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, science, or similar discipline
  • Strong expertise in water treatment, with hands-on experience in water treatment processes
  • Proven ability to manage water treatment infrastructure within safe drinking water regulations
  • Experience in building, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
  • Ability to lead effectively in emergency and high-pressure situations
  • Commitment to safety, public health, and environmental excellence in a risk-based environment
  • Ability to participate in an on-call roster
