  2. Position: Permanent part-time opportunity based at Trott Park - South
  3. Shifts: Multiple positions available with a mixture of AM/PM/ND
  4. Objective: Make a difference in the lives of our residents by promoting their independence and brightening their days
Who are we looking for?

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team. Using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will listen to stories, build relationships with our aged care residents and their families, and support residents to continue living their best life. You will provide personal care and support to our residents whilst ensuring their comfort and dignity is maintained at all times.

What can you expect to be doing?
  1. Support residents in one of our facilities by providing quality person-centred care, with the wants and needs of the resident at the core of all actions
  2. Collaborate with other staff to provide quality physical, emotional, wellness, and clinical care
  3. Build relationships with residents and their families
  4. Engage and liaise with residents, families, and carers to improve health, lifestyle, and well-being
  5. Share professional knowledge with teammates
What do you need to bring?
  1. Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)
  2. Flexibility to pick up shifts
  3. Understanding of the physical, emotional, and social needs of older people
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships
  5. Current influenza vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
  6. National Police Clearance (valid for 3 years, with at least 6 months remaining)
  7. Genuine passion for supporting residents
