Ray White Melton is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join a highly motivated and dedicated team and become a part of Australia's number one real estate brand.

The successful candidate is:

1. A positive professional, who enjoys working in a team
2. Confident when making calls to prospective tenants and current landlords
3. Well presented and corporately groomed
4. An outstanding communicator with excellent time management and negotiation skills
5. Able to provide a high level of customer service to both tenants and landlords
6. An Agents Representative who holds a current certificate, driver's license, and own car
7. Able to work well with set KPI's and be customer service focused
