Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop all restaurant staff, ensuring a motivated and high-performing team.
  2. Ensure that restaurant operations comply with all state, federal, and legislative requirements, including liquor licensing, food safety, and workplace health and safety.
  3. Create and manage budgets and forecasts for restaurant operations, ensuring maximum profitability and efficient cost control.
  4. Continuously analyse restaurant operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive customer loyalty, repeat business, and growth.
  5. Ensure a high standard of customer service, responding proactively to customer needs and resolving any potential conflict situations.
  6. Oversee daily operations, including rostering, stock management, supplier negotiations, and risk management practices.
  7. Actively engage with the local community to foster relationships, encourage loyalty, and maintain positive relationships with neighbours and local businesses.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervising or managing hospitality and food & beverage, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  2. Knowledge or understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, cost control, and staff leadership.
  3. RSA certification.
