Echuca Salvos Stores are looking for a talented sales assistant who loves retail, loves a challenge, and loves waking up each day with a passion for making a difference. Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations and provide an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers, and community members.
Previous experience in retail sales is highly regarded but not essential. What is essential is your passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a complex and rewarding retail environment.
You will be a high-energy, hands-on individual with a proven track record in providing extraordinary customer service. You will also be comfortable aligning with The Salvation Army Mission and Values to positively impact lives through your work.
Flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends and across various retail locations is required.
You should be an outstanding communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Solid technical skills are highly regarded.
