In Australia, Pan Pacific Hotels Group owns and operates six hotels including Pan Pacific Melbourne, which is conveniently located in the heart of South Wharf providing easy access to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Central Business District and key local attractions.

The Role

Pan Pacific Melbourne is looking to appoint a Part-Time Guest Service Agent within our Communications Centre to service our guest inquiry experiences.

The Successful Guest Service Agent Will

  • Be responsible for providing our guests with high quality service throughout their stay
  • Create a positive impression of the hotel via phone & email communication with our guests & provide information services throughout their stay
  • Be able to work a rotating roster including AM & PM shifts and weekends

Talent Profile

Ideally You Will Have

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • The ability to be flexible in a fast paced environment
  • Experience using Opera
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service
