About the Role:
Flexible Work Schedule: These positions offer rotating roster options, allowing for a flexible work schedule that can accommodate various personal commitments and lifestyles. Working days – Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Providing support to improve independence by assisting with living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and personal care.
Keeping customer records up to date using online systems.
Developing and maintaining professional relationships with people, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders.
Assist in the development or implementation of care plans
To Be Successful in This Role:
You are punctual, friendly, non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate. You are invested in providing the highest quality in disability services and are competent in working with people with a disability.
Requirements:
Appropriate certificate level qualification in Disability or Community Services/individual support or R equivalent relevant experience in the human services industry.
Valid NSW Drivers C class licence, with the ability to drive vehicles in licence class, including large cars and vans.
Must be fit to undertake the physical requirements of customer support, including the capacity to lift 10 kilograms unassisted.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and other common systems.
Desirable:
Experience in disabilities, mental health conditions
Advanced knowledge of services and programs under NDIS.
Understanding of Person-Centered Practices.
