A leading infrastructure services company is seeking a Crew Coordinator in Toowoomba. This full-time role involves supporting field-based crews, maintaining training, and managing logistics. Join a collaborative team with opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Crew Coordinator will be responsible for supporting field-based rig crew, support crews and maintaining all crew training.
Based in our Toowoomba office in the CBD, you will work within a collaborative team focused environment, and will be responsible for:
Maintaining rosters for all FIFO/DIDO field workers, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Crew logistics – organising and booking of commercial flights along with all accommodation needs of crew members
Compiling reports to support monthly / Quarterly client meetings
Maintaining employee data base
Organising all required training and updating training matrix
Providing human resource support including, terminations, processing leave forms, promotions
Workcover - assisting HSE in managing Workcover cases

ABOUT YOU
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, (Excel, Word and Power Point).
Desirable experience with ERMS, SAM Workflow, SuccessFactors, SAP & VisRes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reliability and good work ethic.
The ability to multi-task.
The ability to prioritise tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Experience in logistics, coordinating or scheduling within energy, oil & gas and minerals would be beneficial
