ASIC is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join their Enforcement and Compliance Group. The role involves providing legal advice, supporting enforcement strategies, and engaging with stakeholders. This permanent position offers a competitive salary and flexible work arrangements.
A great opportunity exists for an experienced Lawyer to contribute to the delivery of ASIC's enforcement strategy, working on a range of specialist legal and regulatory projects and policy initiatives.
ASIC's Enforcement and Compliance Group (ECG) is responsible for ASIC's initial inquiries, compliance and enforcement work across all sectors excluding markets. The ECG comprises Investigation and Enforcement Action, Enforcement Inquiries and Compliance, Enforcement Services and Enforcement Policy and Practice.
As a Lawyer in one of ASIC's ECG portfolio specialist teams, you will provide advice, guidance and assistance in the specialist area of Investment Management or Financial Advisors. Your responsibilities include:
