Role Overview

This position handles maintenance administrative duties supporting SG Fleet’s supplier and customer needs. Responsibilities include creating and processing purchase orders, distributing customer notifications, and managing inbound stakeholder tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inspect and authorize payment of service orders, ensuring customer requirements are met, and suggest process improvements.
  2. Provide excellent customer service, managing issues effectively to resolution.
  3. Support Maintenance Team tasks such as mid-lease changes, servicing schedules, and approvals.
  4. Reconcile purchase orders with Finance to ensure accuracy and control costs.
  5. Manage a portfolio of administrative tasks involving suppliers and customers.
