This role oversees the South Region and involves travel to stores on a fortnightly basis to Miranda, Hurstville, Macarthur Square, Parramatta, and Liverpool; and on a monthly basis to Wetherill Park, Narellan, Oran Park, Wollongong, Shellharbour, and Roselands.

The Role

You will create a world-class customer experience that drives store performance by executing and elevating the visual brief, and coaching our store team on best practice VM principles.

• Deliver the monthly visual directive, support execution of VM event set-ups and new store openings
• Collaborate and partner across key business functions to problem-solve issues and improve experiences for the team and our customers
• Train and coach store teams to deliver store presentation within the VM framework
• Assess store needs and use your judgment to make locally-relevant decisions that maximize sales
