About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our Bras N Things Plenty Valley Store. This is a part-time position at 28.5 hours/week.

  • Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help achieve team budgets and KPIs.

  • Plan for succession within your team to ensure their growth and future opportunities.

  • Execute visual merchandising in-store and make commercial decisions using your discretion.

  • Understand stock management processes and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Coach team members and provide on-the-spot feedback.
