We are looking for an ambitious administration assistant wanting to progress their career in an exciting role where no two days are the same. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to provide administrative support to a Senior Strata Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Draft Annual General Meeting and General Meeting minutes and notices
  2. Summarize discussions, decisions, and action items
  3. Draft, proofread, and send letters, memos, and notices
  4. Maintain a professional tone and clarity in all written communications
  5. Work closely with other team members to ensure effective communication and workflow

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in strata management or real estate
  • Proven experience in minute-taking or a similar administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
