Join our Business Development team in Melbourne. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, has experience in commercial business initiatives, and enjoys building stakeholder relationships.

The Business Development Coordinator (BDC) will work within a portfolio team to provide advisory services, support growth initiatives across Practice Groups, key clients, and strategic projects. Collaboration with senior team members, Practice Group Leaders, Client Relationship Partners, and others is essential to execute business development and revenue initiatives, enhance growth, and elevate the firm's external profile.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage key business development documents such as tenders, credentials, and proposals.
  2. Implement practice and key client growth strategies.
  3. Organize and deliver events and client engagement opportunities.
  4. Conduct market research and provide insights impacting clients and practice areas.
  5. Prepare key content for tenders, credentials, league tables, and directory submissions.
Required Experience and Attributes

  2. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
