About The Role

The Staff Accommodation Officer provides administrative support for staff accommodation across North West HHS. The role involves working with multiple departments to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and client-focused services in accordance with Queensland Health policies and legislative guidelines.

Requirements
  • Experience in Residential Tenancy Management or similar roles is highly desirable, though no mandatory qualifications are required.
  • Travel to facilities across the region is required, including by aircraft and long-distance vehicle travel.
  • C Class Motor Vehicle Licence is necessary.
  • Pre-employment screening, including Criminal History checks, will be conducted.
  • This is a VPD risk role; evidence of vaccination or immunity to Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis may be required.
  • A probation period may apply.
