Job Description
  • To audit hotel standards related to food safety, hygiene, legionella, housekeeping, and general hospitality.
  • Adhere to high standards of behavior (e.g., honesty and candor) in the course of work and in relationships, whether personal or with staff of audited entities.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be people-oriented and detail-oriented.
  • Exhibit good time management skills.
Qualifications
  • At least 4 to 5 years of experience in food safety operations.
  • BSc in Veterinary or Agriculture.
  • Good knowledge of food safety management concepts, including prerequisite programs and HACCP principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • The role is not based in Cairo; flexibility for travel days is required.
  • Training skills are a plus.
  • Excellent English language skills and familiarity with culinary terminology.
  • Awareness of legionella and housekeeping audits is advantageous.
