We are one of Victoria's most sought-after Gastroenterological Specialist Centres, equipped with unique technology and a highly skilled team of senior medical practitioners, surgeons, and allied health professionals.

Due to ongoing expansion, we currently have full-time and part-time positions for energetic, experienced medical receptionists. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to join our busy team. The role requires high attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

The Role
  • Meeting and greeting patients
  • Checking in patients for appointments, collecting referral and demographic details
  • Checking out post-consultation, which may involve booking review appointments and procedures
  • Liaising with consultant specialists and other departments to facilitate patient care
  • Communicating with other healthcare providers to facilitate patient care

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistent attention to detail
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work cohesively within a team and autonomously
  • Experience with medical billing and software programs; experience with Genie is highly desirable
