About The Role

As a Customer Care Consultant in our Workforce Australia team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, handle calls, support with administrative tasks, and collaborate with mentors and customers to support their employment journey.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand our employment services to guide customers confidently
  2. Collaborate with on-site mentors to support individual needs
  3. Engage with customers and teams via phone, email, Teams, and SMS
  4. Provide administrative support and diary management for mentors
  5. Maintain data accuracy across systems
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service role, preferably in a call centre
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; familiarity with Excel, WAOP, and JobReady is a plus
  • Resilience and empathy in challenging situations
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Experience working with KPIs or targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resilience and calmness in difficult conversations
  • Willingness to support team members
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
