Maitland City Council is seeking a Training Specialist for a 12-month temporary role focused on developing and delivering training for the TechnologyOne ERP system. The position involves creating training content and supporting the adoption process within the local government sector. About Us
As one of NSW's fastest growing regional Councils, Maitland City Council is embarking on a 2-year ERP implementation and migration program. Maitland City Council has selected the TechnologyOne, One Council ERP SaaS solution, and we are recruiting for a skilled Training Specialist to join our Project Team.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on the adoption of TechnologyOne. You will provide training sessions to a diverse workforce within the Local Government sector.
Reporting to the Coordinator Customer Experience and Change, you will be crucial in developing training content aligned with MCC's TechnologyOne configuration, becoming a champion of change, and providing ongoing support throughout the adoption process.
You will also be involved in project development and planning meetings to ensure training aligns with key milestones, system go-live dates, and critical rollout phases.
About You
You should have a solid background in ERP transformation projects, with experience in developing and delivering training modules and materials.
You will hold a Certificate IV or higher in frontline training and assessing, and/or have demonstrated experience in Organisational Change Management.
Experience with TechnologyOne and within local government is highly desirable.
Benefits
This is a temporary role, working 35 hours per week for 12 months, with a competitive salary negotiated with the successful candidate, plus 11.5% superannuation.
