Job description

We’re looking for a confident, capable and people-focused Studio Supervisor to join the team at @pilates 24/7. This is a hands-on role that blends member experience, sales, community building, admin, and studio operations.

You’ll be the face of the studio, welcoming members each day, supporting safe and effective training, managing communication, and keeping everything running beautifully behind the scenes. You won’t be instructing classes, but you will be trained to correct form and offer guidance throughout sessions.

This role is offered as permanent part-time (25–35 hours per week) with the option for casual if preferred. For the right person, there’s a real opportunity for growth, including access to our @pilates Teacher Qualification and the chance to upskill in sales, marketing, events, and wellness.

What You’ll Do:

  • Open and close the studio, keeping the space calm, clean and welcoming
  • Greet members, assist with reformer setup, and offer confident technique corrections (training provided)
  • Support new and trial members, helping them feel safe, seen and supported
  • Maintain a consistent, high-quality vibe in the studio through music, lighting and member interaction
  • Promote and convert memberships with clarity and confidence
  • Develop and execute a clear member lead strategy to drive growth and retention
  • Manage studio staff, rosters, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth studio flow
  • Celebrate member Filestones and help build a strong, loyal community
  • Assist with in-studio events and initiatives that keep members engaged
  • Contribute to content creation for social media
  • Manage the studio CRM and booking systems
  • Respond to member emails, texts and enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Support local influencer partnerships and community collaborations
  • Track member activity, manage leads, and maintain accurate studio records

Who Are You:

  • Warm, confident and comfortable engaging with a wide range of people
  • Organised and detail-oriented, capable of balancing admin and in-studio presence
  • Sales-focused and comfortable working to clear goals and performance targets
  • Confident speaking on the phone and comfortable calling leads, following up enquiries, and converting trials
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with strong time management skills
  • Proactive and full of initiative - ready to organise local events, brainstorm ideas, and build meaningful community connections
  • Passionate about wellness and open to learning and growth

What You’ll Get:

  • @pilates Teacher Qualification provided
  • Commission on membership sales and retention bonuses
  • Free Pilates membership and discounted access for a friend or family member
  • Ongoing training in operations, marketing, and community building
  • Flexible working arrangement: permanent part-time (25–35 hours per week) or casual
  • Growth opportunities within a supportive and expanding brand

Preferred Backgrounds:

  • Front-of-house or admin roles in wellness, fitness, hospitality or retail
  • Experience with CRM tools, member communication and customer care
  • Sales or service roles in a client-focused business
  • Or a strong communicator with a positive attitude and interest in wellness—we’ll teach the rest
