Job summary

PHE Power & Infrastructure invites applications for a qualified Electrician or Instrumentation Technician at Visy’s Pulp and Paper Mill in Tumut. This permanent role is a Monday–Friday, 9-hour day position with on-call on a 7-week roster and potential for instrumentation upskilling.

Based at Tumut, you’ll perform HV, HA, automation, minor projects and maintenance within the plant, with on-site support and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify and resolve complex problems in a timely manner.
• Willingness to relocate to Tumut region if required.
• Industrial electrical experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Carry out HV, HA, automation, minor projects and maintenance activities in the manufacturing plant.
