CSL Behring is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer to join our Broadmeadows site. You will lead a team of technicians delivering safe, reliable, and compliant maintenance across critical pharmaceutical facilities in a highly automated environment.

You will bring a degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, demonstrated leadership, and strong knowledge of electrical/instrumentation systems and CMMS usage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical and/or Instrumentation Engineering (trade qualifications considered advantageous).
• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, instrumentation and process control systems incl. calibration of pressure, temperature, flow, conductivity and analytical instrumentation.
• Experience planning maintenance using SAP Plant Maintenance or similar CMMS.
• Experience in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, FMCG, food & beverage, chemical, mining, or oil & gas.
• Working knowledge of GMP and FDA requirements advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage work for a team of E&I technicians delivering planned, reactive and shutdown maintenance across the Broadmeadows site.
• Oversee maintenance and GMP calibration activities to meet safety, quality, schedule and budget targets.
• Plan and prepare maintenance work, including job packs, isolations and P&ID-based work instructions.
• Provide technical leadership through fault finding, problem solving and escalation support.
• Coordinate daily work priorities with Production, Engineering, Automation and Quality to ensure reliable plant performance.
• Lead RCAs and drive continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and compliance.
