Job summary

Purewellnesss is seeking an E-commerce Pick Packer & Customer Service professional to accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders while delivering professional customer support. The role blends warehouse duties with responsive service to maintain order accuracy and fast dispatch.

You will handle order fulfilment, packing, labeling, and documentation, while assisting with stock control and responding to customer inquiries. A reliable, detail‑oriented, team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, warehousing, or order fulfilment preferred.
• Customer service experience highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills with order systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products according to online orders.
• Pack orders securely and label for dispatch.
• Prepare orders for dispatch with documentation.
• Meet daily dispatch deadlines and productivity targets.
• Assist with stock receiving, checking and put-away.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, or online platforms.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Represent the company in a polite, brand-aligned manner.
