Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Minimum 3 years implementing ERP systems focusing on Dynamics F&O.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels.
• Proven skills in process mapping and business process reengineering.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid project management experience managing multiple projects.
• Experience developing and presenting business cases.
• Office suite proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Dynamics F&O across business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document requirements.
• Analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain business cases to support ERP initiatives.
• Facilitate process mapping sessions and document workflows.
• Provide ERP expertise and best-practice guidance.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and risks to ensure success.
• Conduct end-user training and ongoing support.
