Qualifications

• D365 CE development and configuration experience.
• Understanding of D365 CE integration to other solutions and DevOps.
• Relational databases and data migration concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests promptly according to timelines and monitor channels.
• Maintain documentation and support materials for client platforms.
• Assist Service Delivery Manager with operational reporting and escalation.
• Manage incidents and on-call duties up to 2 weeks/month.
• Support business development with proposals and decks.
