Job summary

Nigel Frank International in Melbourne is seeking a Finance-focused Business Analyst to join a live Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. The role sits at the intersection of finance and technology, driving process improvements, supporting month-end, and delivering reporting that drives commercial results.

You will partner with finance and operations to map processes, design solutions, and implement them, bridging stakeholders and the BC platform.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analyst experience in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central, including implementation.
• Solid finance capability — month-end, reporting, process design.
• CA/CPA qualified (strongly preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Partner with finance and operations teams to define requirements and map processes.
• Analyse issues, design solutions, and drive them through to implementation.
• Support month-end close, financial reporting and new process rollouts.
• Build and improve reporting (Power BI experience highly regarded).
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and the BC platform.
