Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related Microsoft solutions.
• Experience in building and maintaining Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and BI reports.
• Strong Azure integrations, APIs, Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.
• Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management.
• Cybersecurity and secure development practices are essential and must have enterprise-system experience (HR, Finance, or SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related Microsoft solutions.
• Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI reports, and integrations.
• Customise Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements and platform standards.
• Support deployments, releases, and application lifecycle management activities.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and end users to deliver effective solutions and business outcomes.
