Job summary

Hunter New England Local Health District is seeking a Level 3 Speech Pathologist to provide cover across our New England North West facilities. The role offers a permanent full-time 38-hour week with a salary in the $121,568–$125,507 range plus superannuation and salary packaging.

You’ll work across inpatient, outpatient and community settings with support from the Allied Health Directorate and opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia, or equivalent.
• Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia is required or deemed equivalent by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide cover to teams across New England North West facilities for blocks based on leave requests.
• Manage a personal caseload across adult, paediatric, inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
• Receive on-site clinical supervision and support from the Allied Health Directorate.
