Job summary

Smokemart & Gift Box – OTR Group is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle cash and EFTPOS, maintain product knowledge, and support store standards and merchandising.

The role focuses on meeting KPI targets, stocking and stock control, and complying with WHS guidelines, with a positive, energetic attitude and a readiness to engage with customers across shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset with ability to build rapport in busy retail.
• Experience or ability to learn product knowledge across pillars of the business.
• Willingness to follow budgets, targets and KPIs.
• Valid Police Check required if shortlisted for interview.
