The Industry School – formerly AITC – Ipswich is seeking an experienced Mathematics Teacher to bring creativity and real-world relevance to Years 10–12. You’ll connect classroom learning with industry and vocational pathways while upholding Queensland curriculum standards.

You’ll collaborate with fellow educators, industry partners and the wider school community to deliver engaging, practical mathematics programs and support students on diverse learning journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Current QCT registration or eligible for full registration.
• Right to work in Australia and meet credential requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics curriculum and assessment programs.
• Create learning experiences linking mathematical concepts to real‑world applications.
• Support students to build confidence, capability and independence in Mathematics.
• Develop positive, respectful relationships and a motivating learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, industry partners and the wider school community.
