Job summary

The Industry School is seeking an experienced Mathematics Teacher to bring maths to life through real-world applications, workplace links and industry experiences. You’ll help Years 10–12 students understand why maths matters and how it applies beyond the classroom.

You’ll plan and deliver engaging Mathematics programs, build strong relationships with students, colleagues and partners, and contribute to a culture of evolving, practical education in a genuinely different senior school.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in maths or education.
• Current QCT registration, or provisional with eligibility for full registration.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics curriculum and assessments.
• Create learning experiences that connect maths to real-world applications.
• Support students to build confidence and independence in Mathematics.
• Maintain positive relationships and a safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, industry partners and the school community.
