Job summary

Aligned Leisure is seeking an energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead dynamic classes across our Victoria facilities. You will engage members in goal-oriented workouts and contribute to a positive, safe studio environment.

The role requires a Certificate III in Fitness or GEL equivalent, and training in Les Mills (body balance/body pump) is preferred. Candidates must hold or obtain a valid Working with Children Check as well as current first aid and CPR qualifications.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Fitness or GEL equivalent required.
• Training in Les Mills (body balance/body pump) preferred or required.
• Must maintain current Working with Children Check and hold or be willing to obtain first aid and CPR qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead exciting, dynamic group fitness classes and engage members in goal-driven workouts.
• Maintain a pristine group fitness studio and uphold safety and hygiene standards.
• Support member retention through friendly, professional, and engaging service.
