Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) requirements.
• Strong communication with adults and children and ability to partner with families.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative Educator team under guidance of Room Leader and Nominated Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality education and care for children enrolled at the Service.
• Collaborate with Room Leader, Educators and the Nominated Supervisor to implement curriculum.
• Uphold service philosophy, policies and regulatory standards (EYLF, NQS, National Regulations/Law).
• Promote child wellbeing, planning documentation and inclusive learning environments.
• Engage with families and the community to support children’s learning and development.
