CatholicCare Victoria's Family Services program seeks a Child and Family Practitioner to deliver integrated services to children, young people and families across the Strengthening, Restoring and Kinship streams. The role manages a blended caseload and uses evidence-informed frameworks including MARAM, BICPM, Safe and Together, Outcome Star, and Ages and Stages Questionnaire.

To be considered you will have a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, and demonstrated

• Demonstrated experience working with children, young people and families.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn MARAM, BICPM, Safe and Together, Outcome Star, Ages and Stages Questionnaire, Family Assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, client-centred services to children and families across Strengthening and Restoring streams.
• Apply evidence-informed frameworks including MARAM, BICPM, Safe and Together, Outcome Star, Ages and Stages Questionnaire and Family Assessment.
• Operate within a capability-based model, using sound judgement, tools and frameworks to meet level of need and risk.
• Manage a blended caseload and provide interventions from early support to more intensive, risk-focused work.

Educación

Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, or a related field
