The role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join our Perth Operations team on a full time, permanent basis. This person will provide comprehensive property management and administration support with a variety of duties across a number of office buildings.
Reporting to the Precinct Manager, you’ll be joining a national team of enthusiastic and driven individuals who strive for continuous improvement. This position will suit a proactive, composed, and self-starting Assistant Property Manager who wants to build on their previous experience within a collaborative and supportive organisation.
What will you be responsible for?
What experience and qualifications will you possess?
A minimum of 2+ years experience in commercial or retail property management administration (desirable) or a strong residential property manager looking to move into commercial property management
Experience with MRI, Coupa, Sugar, or similar systems
Equivalent experience or relevant certification in property or related field
