Job summary

Dynamo Recruitment is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join their delivery team in Australia. You will lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations across Sales, Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights, working hands-on with customers from discovery through go-live.

Role focuses on process design, configuration, and driving adoption, with hybrid work options across VIC, NSW, QLD and SA.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years' Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant experience.
• Strong hands-on CE configuration across key modules.
• Experience running workshops and customer discovery sessions.
• Strong functional documentation and communication skills.
• End-to-end delivery experience (discovery to go-live).

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and process design sessions.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, user stories, and specs.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Field Service, Customer Insights).
• Build Dataverse models, apps, business rules, and Power Automate flows.
• Support UAT, testing, training, and hypercare.
• Partner on integrations and solution extensions with technical teams.
• Contribute to pre-sales demos and solution shaping.
• Develop training materials and support adoption.
• Contribute to internal accelerators and continuous improvement.

We are partnering with a leading Australian Microsoft Partner consulting firm to hire a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join their growing delivery team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll help shape and deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights.

About the Role

This role sits at the centre of customer delivery, combining functional consulting, solution design, and hands-on configuration across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You'll be involved from discovery through to go-live, working closely with customers to design processes, configure solutions, and drive adoption.

• End-to-end ownership across the full Dynamics 365 CE delivery lifecycle

Key Responsibilities
