Job summary

Niteco in Sydney is seeking a senior Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise digital experiences powered by AI and modern DXP platforms. You will bridge business needs and delivery teams, shaping architecture, solutions and delivery plans across client engagements.

You will collaborate with sales, strategy, project and engineering teams, guiding discovery to delivery with a pragmatic, hands-on approach. Hybrid work from Pyrmont with travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Solution Architect or similar.
• Strong DXP, CMS and eCommerce knowledge.
• Experience designing integrations across APIs, CRM, ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Cloud architecture knowledge, particularly Azure and AWS.
• Understanding of modern web architectures, APIs, microservices and integration patterns.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with ability to dive into detail.
• Optimizely practitioner valued with hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Front the technical client engagement during delivery.
• Lead technical discovery and solution definition for new client deployment.
• Translate business, customer and technical requirements into practical DXP solutions.
• Design scalable, secure and maintainable digital experience architectures.
• Develop solution architectures, technical approaches, estimates and delivery plans.
• Work closely with clients to understand their existing platforms, integrations, data and technology landscape.
• Lead technical workshops and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical input into commercial estimates and ensure viability.
• Lead remote delivery teams to translate architecture into production.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions under constraints.
• Identify opportunities for platform optimisation, modernisation, migration and AI adoption.
• Stay updated on DXP, AI and composable digital experience tech.
