Job summary
The Adelaide Club on North Terrace invites a hands-on Duty Manager / Venue & Events Supervisor to lead evening food and beverage service, private dining, club functions, and member events. Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or management experience in premium hospitality or clubs.
- Current RSA certificate (South Australia) and Police Check or willingness to obtain.
- Availability for evening and weekend rosters.
- Strong leadership and coaching capability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee evening food and beverage operations and private events.
- Supervise and coach staff during evenings and weekends.
- Assist with event planning and high-end function delivery.
- Design and deliver staff training aligned with management.
- Ensure RSA compliance and immaculate venue presentation.
