State Sport Centres is seeking an experienced Full Time Duty Manager to ensure the safe, efficient operation of Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC) and Lakeside Stadium, with overall responsibility for safety during operating hours.
You will oversee incident management, staff leadership, and security coordination, helping to resolve unplanned events and maintain high safety standards across venues.
We are looking for an experienced Full Time professional Duty Manager to ensure the safe, efficient and effective operation of Melbourne Sports and Aquatic centre (MSAC) (and Lakeside Stadium as required). The Duty Manager oversees all operational safety and emergency management during operating hours, ensuring the safety of patrons and staff, spectators, officials, athletes, contractors and visitors alike. They serve as the primary escalation point for incidents, issues, and emergencies, working closely with venue management to address and resolve unplanned events.
The Duty Manager team collectively manages the operational roster across venues, oversees the incident database, coordinates incident reviews, maintains safety records, manages security and access control, and supports the Venues teams.
